Epicurean Hotel
Atlanta, Georgia
PS Art Consulting was tasked with creating a dynamic art package for the Epicurean Hotel located in Atlanta’s bustling midtown. The art package included public spaces as well as 178 guestrooms and suites. Working within an “epicurean” theme, the art package showcased Atlanta’s rich food history and brought a strong connection to the local community. We worked diligently to source local and regional artists to create custom art pieces for the project. The majority of these artists were women and POC, helping to create storylines and represent the diverse local community.
Woodward Lofts
St. Louis, Missouri
The renovated former printing warehouse turned multifamily community provided inspiration for the letterform imagery printed on metal substrate (to enhance and illuminate the print) for the entrance of Woodward Lofts. Our concept included painting the bottom half of the wall with a bold signature color and powder coating a custom steel shelf to be used as a communication tool for brochures and announcements for to create a grand entrance to an otherwise beautifully restored project. Additonally, we fabricated a custom wood map of St. Louis and created a gallery wall with printmaking/press imagery to bring together the history of the building.

We worked with an invested art committee to put the finishing touches on their beautiful new space. Lots of attention was paid to color and texture. All artists were local/regional. In addition to new art, we repurposed exisiting pieces, giving them new life.

The VP of Human Resources asked for help finding the right piece for her blank, new office. This project was super fun as we played with the layout of the office and how the space functioned. Both are commissioned pieces that tell the client's specific story.

With large walls, this office lobby needed large pieces that would not detract from the wooden fireplace wall. The abstracted landscapes were printed on metal to allow the work to play with the natural light in the space.
The Broadway Hotel
Columbia, Missouri

Working directly with the interior designer and owner, we wanted to keep a natural feel with a contemporary flair. All of the pieces are original to the hotel. The Lake of the Ozarks dragon sculpture over the fireplace and the custom mural in the rooftop car were created by local artists.
